Jeremy joined the program after realizing he was drinking way too much alcohol, had acquired a gut he hated, and was turned down by his date because of his appearance. Joshua

Joshua joined the program in the hopes of losing 20 Ibs. He absolutely crushed that expectation by dropping 40 Ibs in the first few months.Once he realized how much progress he was able to make by simply making small changes he moved into phase 2 and 3 with bigger and better goals, leading to the Josh that you see today!

Eric had been in shape before so he knew how much better he felt physically and mentally when prioritizing it. Unfortunately joining the airlines wasn’t too good to his body. He slowly started gaining weight but before it became a major problem Fit 4 Flight showed up in his life. We happily exceeded his expectations and turned him into a new man!

Mark came into he program because long haul flying was taking a major toll on his body. Although it wasn’t the easiest to adapt the training plan and nutrition guidelines to foreign countries we managed to create a personalized approach led to his success in the program!

Wes

Wes came into the program with ZERO experience in the gym. Jack wasn’t in terrible shape when he came into the program but he wanted to reduce fat percentage and increase strength. We laid out a training plan that fit his flight schedule and dialed in nutrition, resulting in a body recomp and new mentality around movement and habits. He just wanted a flatter stomach but got a wider and stronger build instead!

Owyn had a very specific goal of achieving visible abs by a scheduled event during
the summer. We had 4 months to reach his goal, not only did we crush it but he went on to continue making gains the rest of the year once he joined phase 2 and we maximized his training!

Zac

Zac told me he prayed for Fit 4 Flight to come into his life. It meant so much to me, especially after he was transformed using our blueprint. Zac had reached a point where he decided that taking his health for granted was unacceptable. This led

Josh had lost weight many times before but was never able to keep it off. Diets had ruined his relationship with food and motivation to hit the gym was missing. Knowing all this we gave Josh a road map that would finally get rid of that yo-yo

Michael had very little movement and very bad nutrition like a lot of our pilots. By simply incorporating a set of weekly targets and staying consistent he’s completely transformed. Jake wanted to get stronger but also look it! After we dialed in his training plan and nutrition his body began to take on a new shape. Stomach pouch disappeared and his chest became a lot more defined. Being that this was the first time he had experienced these type of results it obviously led to a massive confidence boost!

Taylor was already working out when he joined the program but seeing very little results. By building a solid foundation and educating him on why it was important to thoroughly track progress we were finally able to break through this plateau. A full body recomposition was achieved and he is stronger than ever!

David

David was surprised at how making small changes made such a big difference. We didn’t give David anything extraordinary to do but by staying consistent he was able to see the changes he was looking for. David is another great example of how adherence and following the basics is really all that’s required to start making permanent changes.

Chance

Chance thought flying full time and being in shape wasn’t really sustainable. Once we told him there was no need to follow strict diets or hardcore training plans we were able to shift his perspective of the lifestyle. With a new baby on the way he knew setting a good example and being his best self was now the only option!

Jesse and Taylor

Jesse and Taylor joined together knowing they had gotten too comfortable and not where they wanted to be with their health.
